Ordering & Payment

We accept Debit and Credit card payments at time of ordering.
Government-funded schools and nurseries based in the Republic of Ireland may open credit accounts by choosing the ‘Invoice the School’ option. Schools will be offered 30 days credit. ABC School Supplies Ltd reserve the right to apply a late payment fee of 2% per month on all invoices that are overdue.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging; in this case we will be happy to refund or credit the original price of the item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods & Shortages

In the case of faulty, damaged goods or if  items are missing from an order please notify us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. In the case of faulty or damaged goods , approved costs of returns will be prepaid or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All small parcels are delivered with An Post, a signature is required for all parcels delivered, however, if you are not at home An Post will leave your parcel in a secure place or with a neighbour. By placing an order and agreeing to our terms & conditions you are also agreeing to this. 

Pricing & Product Discrepancies

At ABC School Supplies, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes pricing & product description discrepancies can occur on our website, and if that happens, we want to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.

We work diligently to ensure that our product prices and information are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the dynamic nature of our business and the vast number of products we offer, there may be occasional discrepancies. These discrepancies could be the result of technical glitches, data input errors, or fluctuations in supplier pricing.

In the rare occurance these discrepancies occur, our customer service team will be in contact with you to cancel the item(s). Where possible we will offer alternatives we have available however, if this isn’t possible we will need to cancel this item.
