-
- First developed in the 1970’s by Hope Education and Bob Stone, Multilink Cubes® have been a teaching staple for over 50 years. Tried and tested, there’s a reason these cubes are the first choice for thousands of teachers worldwide!
- In addition to their marvellous mathematic potential, Multilink Cubes® can be used for construction, model making and creative exploration. They’re also excellent for encouraging fine motor skill development amongst young learners.
- Multilink Cubes® can be combined with a huge array of other Multilink® resources, expanding their potential even further. Multilink® Pattern Boards, Multilink® Grid Trays and Multilink® Graph and Histogram Boards are all available on the Hope Education website.
- Use Multilink Cubes® to support early mathematic learning across the EYFS, enabling children to work towards the Number and Numerical Patterns Early Learning Goals, for instance comparing quantities up to 10.
- Multilink Cubes® are ideal for teaching countless Maths objectives throughout Key Stage 1, such as solving one-step addition and subtraction problems in Year 1 and exploring arrays in Year 2.
- Using Multilink Cubes® isn’t restricted to the EYFS or Key Stage 1! They’re a great way to support learning in lessons which cover finding fractions of a set of objects in Year 3 or investigating cube numbers in Year 5.
