Ordering & Payment

We accept Paypal, Debit and Credit card payments at time of ordering.
Government-funded schools and nurseries based in the Republic of Ireland may open credit accounts by choosing the 'Invoice the School' option.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from ABC School Supplies. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team for an authorization number: email info@abcschoolsupplies.ie or call +353 (0) 74 91 26958 Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm (excluding Public Holidays).

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in perfect condition with original packaging; in this case we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the case of faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. In the case of faulty or damaged goods , approved costs of returns will be prepaid or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
