No Hassle Returns
We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with ABCSchoolSupplies.ie is completely risk free. If you’re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused and in its original packing, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a credit or refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible. Please note a restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the credit or refund.
Items which are “Special Orders” are ineligible for return.
Making A Return
Please contact ABCSchoolSupplies.ie by emailing [email protected] or by calling +353(74) 9126958 and we’ll issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we’ll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible.
To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.
Sending A Return
To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package.
To guarantee delivery, we’d recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service. When sending an item from the Republic of Ireland we recommend using the An Post Postal Service:
Yes. Normally an out of stock item will indicate a restocking date but, if not, the best option is for you to place it on backorder.
